^^They'll just swab you for a culture. Bacterial infections are present in the mucous membranes so they needn't do a blood test for those. If you're paying cash, they'll do a blood test for you if you insist, but it will cost beaucoup bucks (hundreds).

HIV can take years to show up on a blood test. But, female-to-male transmission is far less common than male-to-female and male-to-male.

Most bacterial infections should show within approximately two weeks.

If you are close enough to her that you would feel comfortable, you might want to ask her to come get tested too. She may have something that is yet to show in your blood, and you could find out sooner if there's a chance of you getting something from her.
