It depends how you define 'wrong'.

15 and 13, that's pushing it a little, but I guess if you're a young 15 and she's an old 13 then I suppose I wouldn't think it too wrong...

I guess the question that you're asking is the age difference, and no that's not wrong. A 13 year old and a 15 year old is an alright couple. Having said that, you can call me old fashioned, but it's wrong that 13 year olds are having sex. 13 is just TOO young. But that's just my opinion.
As long as it was consentual etc. then it's not that bad.
