I don't understand, can lack of sleep make someone that loved me hate me?

A lot of us meet up and get wasted at this park. I've been with my boyfriend about 9 months and he goes there too.

About a week or so ago I met this guy (Yeah lets call him 'A') and we talked for quite a bit and then again the next day and he kissed me and my boyfriend saw. (This isn't whats bothering me because I explained it and he was indifferent.)

That night A stayed with us at my boyfriends house because he couldn't go home for one reason or another, (I don't remember) we were all very drunk.

A decided that he loved me and wanted to meet up on our own and me being stupid and drunk just smiled and didn't set him straight until a couple of days later when he requested it again. It was the first time he'd said it to me when I was sober so I managed a proper response.

Yesterday I spoke to A for the first time in another couple of days and he just stared at me like I was something disgusting and out of place. I walked away and heard that he and a few others were planning to stay awake for 6 days and had already gone two nights without sleep, everyone thought it was a bad idea to go near him.

We were there for a few hours and if I smiled at him he'd just give me the disgusted look or mutter 'fuck off' (that's when I decided not to bother.)

So whats made him change his opinion of me so fucking drasticly? He's a nice guy and any arguement with him would result in an arguement with a lot of people that we meet with. He's an alchoholic, takes a lot of drugs and hasn't slept. I don't know if any of those could be why he's being so fucking cuntish, I don't deserve this.

What going on in his head?
