 Is anyone else like this?

Yes, I have that happen too.
What it is is the tendons that make your dick point straight out, or upwards.
It's attached to the top of your cock and when you make it go to the side it screws around with the tendon somehow and makes a pop sound.
On a note about tendons- My achilles tendon pops too when my foot goes in a certain position.
It's fun, almost like cracking your knuckles.

That's how I would express it. Like knuckles cracking. It doesn't hurt or anything, but for some reason whenever it cracks it takes me longer to get an orgasm. It's either the cracking, or just some incredible string of coincidences.
