'Guys' in general don't feel the need to do this. Certainly, the desire may be there, but the only people who do this are the kind of idiots who like to trip random people, and have no self control. You should seriously beat up the next guy who does this, carry around a can of pepper spray or something, like that lady in the commercial with the hampster. Negative consequenses that stem logically from their actions are the best way for people like this to learn.

Besides, you could probably get away with hurting them, because they're breaking the law anyways.

The only reason I would do it is if I was specifically trying to come on to a girl. I don't have the need to let the whole world know "yeah, I'm fucking her". Let's keep that to ourselves, people. Unless both of you are really hot you shouldn't be making out in public.

How true. I remember (once again, about 10 years ago) a Candid Camera-style show segment. They filmed a very attractive young woman walking down the street grabbing random guys' asses.
