unless you want to break up a friendship, you need to be smart. My grandpa once told me in a situation like this "just spin a web". Took me a long time to understand that, basically you need to hang out with both, milk their affection for you. Hang out with them and their friends, get them all attracted and keep them that way. Then hang out with the 2 girls friends friends (kinda confusing, two girls->their friends->friends of their friends) and get them attracted.
