i've gotten like .5 inches biggger in length and girth...thats in combination with PC muscle exercises though, and not really on a regular 'schedule' either...i think i'll start again  |

All I can say is that I've had an 1/8 increase in girt and length in only 1 week. (could be swelling response?)
