If a guy is not interested in you then why would he ask you out?

Cause this guy has asked me out 3 times and 1st time we didn't arrange what time or place to meet so I left him a message but he didn't get it till too late

2nd time we arranged time and place and so I went and waited for like 20 mins but he never showed, he told me later that he had had to work late and he couldn't make personal calls at work but that he was really sorry and he should have called anyway

3rd time we arranged what day and then he said he'd call me about what time we would go and that was supposed to be today but he never called

If he doesn't want to go out with me, then why would he keep asking me out?

Why do airlines overbook their flights? Because sometimes people don't show. If you date women long enough, you would understand...not that I would ever do such a thing.

He probably explodes automatically just pondering being in your voluptuous teen presence. After that he's not so interested.

Either that or he's a too busy person who is unable to prioritize. It is hard to decide what you really want, when there a so many darn choices & options. Just look how many girls there are around. They aren't interchangable but it's a difficult think to actually see past their exteriors. Those being so attractive that until one has spent time with them, they do look more or less interchangable.

Let alone all the options that aren't dating.

You could do what other girls do & only be interested in guys that are already taken.
