According to women logic as I understand it, a lot of small gestures are better than one big one. The big will appear forced, and the smaller ones will appear to her that she's often in your thoughts.

dude...seriously...call her up, tell her your sorry. its not hard. tell her your sorry for whatever you did and why you did it.

Hell just lie and told her you did it because a part of you wanted to sabotage the relationship to save HER from getting hurt, and that you dont think you could stand seeing her get hurt.
