for ladies/gay men...
Would you say a man's body is more, less or as impotant as his face?

Re: for ladies/gay men...
If I had to pick one over the other..
.. I'd rather the degree of attractiveness(?) be higher in the body than the face.
There's so much that can go wrong: chicken legs, man boobs, bony physique.. ugh. The face though.. you can judge that right away, there'll be no suprises when the clothes come off.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
Face is the most important, I don't really care what a guys body looks like.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
They are equal although, why should physical atraction overrule other aspects of a person? Someone shouldn't like you just for your looks, because the outside might be better the the inside. For me, personality and everything comes first before looks.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
face, definitely. mainly because it's got his eyes. eyes are beautiful in so many different ways. even better, it's something that can ALWAYS be beautiful, on just about everyone.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
Ok, scenario:
Man 1) Has an average face, pretty eyes and is quite toned.
Man 2) Has an amazing face, but has no muscle and is slightly podgy.
Man 3) Has an ugly face, but is completely toned everywhere.
Who'd you go for?

Re: for ladies/gay men...
^^Honestly, it greatly depends on other attributes.
#1 kinda turns me off 'cause of the "pretty eyes" thing. But maybe he can draw all the Simpsons characters AND do the voices, and in his spare time helps build houses for the poor. So then it's all good.
#2 sounds okay, but maybe he's the type who insults cashiers and waitresses, and constantly talks about how this and that sucks. What a downer.
#3 has me imagining one of those ripped dudes with horrible acne. But maybe he's a PADI divemaster, can cook up awesome chili and volunteers at the Humane society. I can overlook the face thing, then, probably.
For me, it's difficult to rate physical attractiveness in a vacuum.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
*Looks at the thread, then goes back to drawing a group shot of the Simpsons and animating it (vocally and visually), also planing on the next set of houses for the poor Iraqis. Also going on a dive with his other PADI divemaster friends, and then cooking up awesome chili for the other volunteers at the Humane society.*

Re: for ladies/gay men...
I've come to the realization from my most previous relationship that looks mean nothing, it's all about the personality.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
I'd also go for face. You just have to look at a person's face more than the rest of their body. Besides, our bodies can be changed, but our faces stay pretty much the same.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
body. with the scenario, number one; average in both parts. See, the problem i have with bodies not being toned and nice is that [as horrible as this may seem] it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to find someone who might be considered 'fat' as attractive. Its awful, i know, but its the truth. Plus, arms are my fave part of hte body so an icky physique is..icky.

Re: for ladies/gay men...
All could be fine, depending on other factors. But IF I HAVE to pick between those choices, I'll take Mr. Average #1. Love, Venus.
