To answer the original question (because I just remembered that the forum was cleared awhile ago and there might not be any circumcision threads to find), if you have a retractable piece of skin covering your cock, you're uncircumcised. If you don't have a retractable piece of skin covering your cock, you are circumcised. Circumcision was originally done for a few reasons, all of them relating to masturbation. The church thought that if you exposed kids to extreme penis pain at a young age, they would associate genitals with pain and not want to masturbate. Other people didn't want the kids to discover that it feels good to touch their cocks while washing under foreskin. And still others just figured it's harder to jack off if you don't have foreskin. Nowadays, it's mostly done because it's tradition (barbaric tradition). People claim that it's better for medical reasons, but those people are full of shit. Foreskin is there for a reason. The same reason you have eyelids. It protects the penis from the harsh world. Without it, dick skin toughens and becomes slightly less sensitive
