is body piercing realy addictive because in total i must have pierced myself about atleast 100 times even though ive only got about 20 piercings in at the moment.i dont know if its the actual feeling of the needle or how they look after they are done, especially when i pierce my genitals!

I kind of know the feeling. I don't particularly like the pain, but I like the sense of accomplishment that comes with self-piercing.

But there's nothing really wrong with it as long as you clean everything well and you don't have Body Dismorphic(sp?) Disorder

Yeah, my friend has that problem (she doesnt think of it as that though) and she just wants to perirce everything. the other day, a therapist person came in and said that it might be a form of self-mutilation (forgive my spelling) but i dont know.

I have yet to see you post anything remotely intelligent. Jesus, you're dumb. It's not cutting (obviously) because it's piercing. And it doesn't lead to suicide. Piercing definitely doesn't and neither does cutting. Do you know the difference between a problem and a symptom? The problem is something in you that causes you to cut. The symptom is the cutting itself. No one is just sitting there one day when their hand decides to pick up a razor and cut the nearest arm, so the person decides that they can't live with the crazy hand and they kill themselves. That's not the way it works. The cutting and the suicide may be caused by the same problem, but they're both symptoms.

i could never intentionally cut myself. Ive tried before to get blood or something but it always ends up hurting like hell. But the other day I accidentally cut my finger all the way to the bone and it hardly hurt at all. I guess im just weird like that.

the only problem you might have is if you try an bord an international flight!(think about it... )

otherwise its actually pretty normal...a lot of woman especially enjoy being pierced and most would say that it improves the sensitivity in the genitals/breasts.

it only starts to be a worry if you find getting pierced is the only way you can orgasm.can't recall the head shrink lingo but it is a recognised condition.
