What physical part of a man does a woman find most attractive?

Would it be more in my interests to take up weight lifting or jogging/running. As of right now I don't have time to do both.

The running will defintely shed a couple pounds, make me toned, and give me an ass of steel (hope I can say that on totse) but the lifting will gain muscle (as far as I know lifting alone won't shed much fat, just gain muscle.)

Currently I am far from fat, but I have been eating too many donuts recently

I'm not terribly muscular, but I'm not sticklike eigther.

To summarize: What attributes are under my power to change in order to make myself more attractive, such as hair (long/short/etc.) facial hair(sideburns etc.) muscle structure, clothing, deodorant/cologne(any specific brands?)

Do you wear deodorant? If so you are trying to appear as something you are not. People/animals don't naturally smell wonderful, go smell a horse, what you are smelling is the real horse, not a horse trying to masquerade as something it is not.



By the way, deodorant has nothing to do with hygiene, the only reason for wearing it is to "appear" more attractive to other people. So don't try and claim it is needed for good health.



Getting a haircut is somewhat hygenic, but... Do you go to a trained barber/hair stylist or do you cut it yourself with a kitchen knife? If you go to a professional and pay them you are trying to present yourself to others in a positive way. You know very well that if you cut it yourself every cruel human would point at you and laugh.

So if you want to be completely genuine I suggest you quit using deodorant to cover up your hideous smell. If you have ever used cosmetics you better quit that too. yeah i totally understand what you are saying, and to be honest i really don't see a lot of really smart people lifting weights. but that's just a difference of choices. they probably spent their spare time reading or researching or some crap like that.

weight lifting isn't easy work, whether you are bodybuilding or powerlifting. i have 4 main training sessions, and 4 extra workouts a week. i'm not training for looks but my point is it takes time and it take commitments

and it takes planning. don't think for a minute that you can just go in and lift for a month then putting up 2-3 times bodyweight squat. it takes a lot of reading, a lot of researching to be strong

and people can be jerks whether they are smart, skinny or bulky. i've been around enough smart people, and they have their ways to make you feel like a moron

but either way, it's fine by me if people are contend to being weak, just stop complaining when your back hurts after you move some heavy objects around
