I have these bumps on my penis and they are weird cause they dont dissapear and more dont appear the only time was when this doctor gave me this acid shit that removed the skin and put it in shreds. It hurt too much so i stopped using it. I have come to the conclusion that they are shreads of skin overlaped by new skin. Their not contagious....so does this seem possible.

I assume they're not warts? If not, they're probably hair follicles.

If your doctor gave you something to burn them off with, he thinks they're warts. I'd start seeing another doctor.

They sound like Skin tags. I get skin tags down there about 2 a year and just simple have them cut off.

I highly doubt that. Your body would regulate the skin layers. There wouldn't be a build up for long, because the body would break it down and smooth it out. But i have little bumps in areas too. Mine are just from the hair follicles. If you have something different, go to a doctor, and yes.. a different one than before.
