Okay, I just got an idea. It might be a bad idea though. But here it is: smoke a lot of pot with someone you like. Make sure that once you're both high, you offer to shotgun with them. If it feels right, go for the making out ~ness. If it doesn't feel like it's time for that yet, the shotgunning is a nice lead-in to making out later in the night. So then you smoke a lot more. And then you'll probably both be either really horny or really lazy. If you're lazy, that sucks. Take a nap. Naps are cool. Then if you're horny, fuck the person you've been smoking with. It's the perfect way to fuck a hot pothead. Given, I've never tried it, but it totally works in theory.

shotgun - one person takes a hit, holds it in their mouth then blows it into other person's mouth, of course the only way that really works is if you're really close together, almost kissing, or actually are.

shotgun: you take a burning joint put the hot end in your mouth, and clamp your lips below the fire. then blow. not too hard, but enough to get a good smokestream going. the other person gets up close and sucks. i dont like them personally, a bit too unsanitary.

btw, the shotgun kiss thing is lame. if there high and interested, just do it.
