Alot of chick's call me cute. What the fuck's that mean't to mean.

Usually it means you're kicked to the curb as being a 'nice guy', but not BF material.

It can mean a lot of things. Usually it means that they definatly don't dislike you, they think you're a cool guy and all, but have placed you on the just friends ladder. It isn't bad though at all. Cute is a good thing, and can get you into the "so fucking hott" category sometimes. It means you have potential. Or they are just being nice.

I get called cute sometimes but that's just because they don't want to call me ugly or underisable.

Cute is good.

But being called "nice", or a "good friend" is bad.

I THINK (just a theory), that "cute" is girl for "fuckable"

It depends the situation. For example:

If you and a girl were talking and joking around, and you grab her ass or crack a sex joke. And she says "Haha, you're so cute". It usually means that you are just a nice guy and she wouldn't go out with you or anything...

Now, if you ask a girl directly "What do you think about me?" and she replies

"You're pretty cute", it probably means, you're alright, and not out of the loop or anything. You just aren't "Hot".

The word cute is indeed a bitch to decipher. It took me a long time to be comfortable with my girlfriend calling me it. I'm used to the rule mentioned above "great guy, not boyfriend material", so it was almost dissapointing hearing it come from her before we were 'officially' dating.

Get this, my girlfriend says there's even different kinds of cute, for example "bunny cute" and "Ahhhhhh *hold the counter*" cute, lol. Figure that one out :P

I think the meaning of words depends on the age of the girl and the girl themselves. Because it seemed like in middle school everyone was "cute" now in highschool its more like damn shes hot, and cute is more for like Awww how cute. It all depends on the person whos saying it and the circumstances and what not. What the fuck do I know though im not a girl, another word I don't understand is "sweet" ive been told im sweet by like 10 girls WTF is sweet supposed to mean. Who the fuck knows what girls mean when they saw stuff or anything girls are crazy.

It could mean a lot of things, chicks come onto me sometimes wanting to get some and say I'm cute (in a sexy voice). It could be a girl being nice to you not wanting to hurt your feelings. Or maybe you do cute things, who knows.

IMO, You're cute means, "yeah if we were someplace and I didn't find anyone hot, I'd fuck ya......other than that we're good friends and I love to hang out with you." I may be wrong but it seems to be the norm.....if you wanna go from "cute" on up the ladder you've got some work to do, which in the end really isn't worth it.......

I mostly agree with TheDragon. "Cute" is girl-talk to describe a (usually) intellectually unremarkable guy, often a little shy (but not necessarily so), who she definitely considers fuc_able.

Bottom line is that it's GOOD to be called "cute", and most guys should be very happy there. Love, Venus.

It could mean anything. The girls who say it might not even know what they mean when they say it. Just don't automatically think you don't have a chance because your called cute rather than sexy or hot.

In reference to personality, sweet and cute are exactly the same. "You have beautiful eyes" said guy

girl "AWWW!! you're so cute"

guy: "oh yea you look great in that shirt"

girl: "aww... youre so sweet"

The term "cute" can be used to soften the blow of being thrown in the friend zone. If all other signals say "no" but she throws in that you are so/kinda cute, then it probably does not mean she wants you. But by itself it is a good thing.

i disagree easygoing. ive found being called cute is a pattern. and being cute, if the kiss of death. so its not good.

is it just me or did 80% of you say the same thing jus in different words?

A lot of the time when a girl calls me cute, she gets this look on her face that looks like shes internally debating whether to give me a shot or just go dyke. So I'd argue it is like the kiss of death.

When a chick says im "cute" that shit pisses me off. I think we all know what it really means.
