Alright, there is this girl (we'll call her Anne (no, that ain't her real name)) that I'm into. Now, personally, I think she likes me as more as a friend, as she said. I've asked her out before and she said that she didn't wanna ruin our friendship, that it's happened before and that she didn't know what she would do if we weren't friends. I'm gonna try and make her jealous today, gonna ask one of my friends (who's a girl) if she'll "go out" with me, and explain the whole situation to her. But, like yesterday, after 7th hour, she had to grab her amp out of her spanish class, and I was gettin' ready to go a diff way (we got diff 8th hours) and she was like "No, your going with me to 8th hour" and finally, I did go with her (and would have been late to 8th hour if I wasn't such a good suck-up...). So I mean, she ACTS like she likes me. And on Mon, she asked me to skip 4th hour. I did so without a problem and we sat and talked, ALL HOUR! She's sending me so many mixed signals. At this point I'm thinking that she likes me (like that) and doesn't wanna admit it, or doesn't wanna get hurt, or doesn't wanna hurt me. Any insight?

I had the same problem with this one girl, I eventually told her fuck you, and I don't talk to that bitch anymore.

From my own personal experiences, I'd say you're being much too friendly with her for any sort of relationship to develop. Skipping class with her and talking for hours was a big mistake, you should avoid talking to girls you are interested for the most part, because you don't things to get boring quickly. Always keep her wanting to know more about you. Cut contact with her now and you could possibly have a chance with this girl, but at this point I'd doubt so. Realize this: guys are meant to have guy friends that they hang out with and skip class with, girls are meant to have girl friends that they hang out with and skip class with. Guys and girls are only meant to hang out when interested in each other or just for sexual purposes. Flame if you want, but that's how things have worked best for me.
