Older & younger
You know how most chicks prefer older guys, and older guys prefer younger chicks?
I heard somewhere that its because girls mature a lot faster than guys.. so a 14 year old girl is at the level of a 17 year old guy, and visa-versa (or something similar).
Anyway.. I've always been the fastest person I know to mature, phsyically and mentally.
And this is my problem - I like older chicks. At least 1-2 years above me. But the problem is, they don't care for youunger guys... they want people even older than they are.
Which puts me at a bit of a disadvantage.
I've had a lot of younger year 8 and 9's ask me out, but they all seem so shallow and stupid... I even had a fairly hot one go out with me for a week, but because I hated her personality to much I just made no effort and we broke up within a week.
I realise there are stupider girls like that even at the older age levels, but the percentage seems to go down drastically... what should I do? Is there any hope of getting an older chick to go out with me? I once got two girls a year level above me (I was in year 9 at the time) to go out with me, but they both found reasons to dump me without making it seem like that didn't like me (One of them is going out with an 18 year old... I'm 15, how the hell can I top that?)
Shit I hate society.. by the time I find a women at my level I'll be in university.

Re: Older & younger
It is hard to be beat an older guy at getting a girl. I'm 15 too. While I got nothin, the older dude gots the job, the car, and stuff like that. It's hard as hell to compete with that. I'm scared as hell that my girl will leave me for an older guy. All I can say is be yourself, and if your really mature like you say you are, an older girl will realize it and be interested. Some of the older people I know are really stupid and immature. But just be yourself and you'll get the older girl you've always wanted.

Re: Older & younger
After much thinking on the old, "Girls mature faster than guys," I've come to the conclusion that it just isn't true. Every teenager is unstable, though, I tend to see more unstable females than males.
I also like older girls and have only once had a relationship with one younger than me, and only then by a few months.
Until you let these girls grow up a little bit they will always choose the older guy. A lot of girls need someone to take care of, and not someone to love them. I'm 17 and I still get topped by older guys because girls do not want guys that are successful, they want someone to take care of.
Anyway, yes, there is hope. I wish you good luck.

Re: Older & younger
I remember 15 year old chicks from school...They all went for the 20 year olds and shit!
You just have to wait 'til you're out of school and you'll get older chicks.
When I was in school, I only got younger or same aged girls...Now I only really get girls in their 20's (I'm 18 by the way).
It's just one of them things mate...Just have to wait and see what happens!

Re: Older & younger
All of what's been said so far applies only to teenagers. The older a woman gets, the more she looks for men closer to her age. And if she passes 30 still unmarried, she often starts looking at younger men.
Plus, men are often in their peaks when in their 20s, so women of any age may look upon this age group as the most favorable choice.

Re: Older & younger
Be patient. You're attracted to wiser minds, not older girls- a slight difference, perhaps, but a difference nonetheless. You simply eye older girls more easily because they're more likely to have the kind of mind you find to your liking.
Most of them won't look your way, but the ones who will are the ones who are bright enough to not limit themselves to a certain group of potential partners age-wise, since there are other things that are actually important. Those are the girls you want anyway. It just takes more time to find them.

Re: Older & younger
The age difference matters less exponetially with age. In other words, at age 15, your 17 yr old target may not be responsive... but at age 28, a 34 yr old may be attainable, no problem. It's all a matter of personal preference when you get past the BS.

Re: Older & younger
15 = no car
no car = no independence
Being able to drive is a big step, and until you can do that I wouldn't expect any 16+ girl to take you seriously.

If you live in a city. It also depends which city, I live in metropolitian area, somewhere inbetween Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and you need a car to get around here(well not really but taking the city bus takes quite a long time by comparison).

Re: Older & younger
If you really are physicaly, mentaly, and emotionaly mature then you will naturally attract older women, or women of at least the same maturity level..... if all you're attracting are stupid young chicks then it's saying one of two things: either you're exclusively hanging around the wrong crowd (NOT older women) or you're really not as mature as you think you are.
IMO it's the latter because you've always impressed me as incredibly immature.

Ok.. ok, I don't want to get in a popularity match between me and the sexy Sarcoph.

I used the terms mentally and physically mature, and I stick by what I said, but I never mentioned being emotionally mature... I would like to think that I am, but I'm not as sure about it as I am others, perhaps I'm not as socially mature though, and that might be my fault (apart from being too young for my age). Well, there's nothing I can do much about that except socialize more, I guess.
Look at that, I found out the answer myself Sometimes just writing down your thoughts can help you find the logical solution to a problem, I guess.
