Well I don't know how bad it is really but 2-4 times a day seems a bit excess maybe 1-2 times a day, shit I usualy only wank 1-2 a week but thats just me. Im sure its not bad for you but who knows im not a freaking doctor. If your asking from a moral view like is sleeping with another guy bad then hell no wanking 4times a day isn't bad hell wanking 24/7 isn't bad that way.
