Im not new to totse, just thought id make a new account so confidential reasons. I was at a party, and was really drunk, drunk like i never had been. I couldnt remember anything. But the next morning, i woke up, my friend told me i screwed this chick. She was drunk at the time, but after, my friend said she was really upset and all and really misses her boyfriend. I dont know, i feel like a really bad person. I really regret it and i dont know what to do now. Not sure if she wants to talk to me or see me ever again. How do i know if either one of us caught anything. I want to call her but i dont know what to say. I know there were similar post to these before, dont flame please.

Normally, I don't approve of this at all. But I can tell you're beating yourself up over this, so I'll let it slide. But hopefully you've learned your limit now, right? I'd just be careful in the future if I were you.

I assume that she's a minor by Australian laws if she's only 15, but I doubt it'd be considered "rape". Probably "sexual relations with a minor" or something. I'm an idiot though, so I'm most likely wrong.

Yeah, you can get in a lot of trouble if you're over 16 and she's under 16. Aspecially if you were a little rougher than you remembered and she got pregnant.

Sex with a minor is called statutory rape, and it doesn't usually carry lesser penalties than "normal" rape. Don't worry too much about that, though- if you were completely wasted and really feel bad about this, it would take an extremely cold-hearted person to put you through a rape trial (not to mention she'd be putting herself through it too).

As for the aftermath, what comes next depends on different factors. How often do you see her? If it's a lot, and things are uncomfortable between you, it would probably be a good idea to hash it out. Let her know you never intended to get her to cheat on her boyfriend (although you may want to phrase it more subtly than that).

Remember, though, that you're each responsible for yourself; she fucked up too. If she begins to get pissed off and blame you for everything because it looks like you're willing to take it, stand up to her. You don't have to be an asshole, just walk away or tell her quietly that she's as complicit as you are. I doubt this will happen, but it has happened before, so be ready for it just in case.

dont be a dumbass and make sure shes not pregnany, the morning after pill you can get in any sort of clinic for 20$(can), completley confidential, and you have high chances for up to 3 days, as for the rape charges, unless you beat the shit out of her and she has marks and all that you shouldnt be worried, but you did, then ur a dumbass, either way both of you were drunk, so you are both idiots. let it cool down, and say sorry.

My friend who is currently studying psychology ( i usually go for her for help but i posted here because she was busy ) said what you said was " good ".
