My friend asked me a very difficult question recently that I was unable to answer, so I'm asking Totse to see if anyone knows.

Thursday night he was 'busy' with his girlfriend. His girlfriend had some procedure a month or so ago where they take tissue samples from the cervix to check for cancer. She had this because her last 2 paps came back bad, and they are almost positive she has cervical cancer, but the results are not back yet.

Anyway moving on, he was getting busy with his girl, and as always, they were using condoms, but having never tried it without one, they decide to give it a go. So my friend removes his condom and his girlfriend sits on him girl-on-top style for (according to both of them) all of 5-6 seconds tops, then she gets off and they go back to protected sex.

He said her period was ending either THAT day or the day before. He said he wasen't anywhere close to orgasm at the time, and there was no thrusting, just that they let it stay in her for about 5 seconds.

He is paranoid of getting her pregnant, and the question was, given the circumstances, what are the odds she will get pregnant over this?

Slim. It's good to be careful, but he's being paranoid. Besides, if she's precancerous, they're going to give her a hysterectomy, and it won't matter. Well, possibly. That's what they did to someone I know, but the lady was already 43 and with kids. They may do different for young girls.

Wether shes getting a hysterectomy or not, I don't know Infa.. but this guy is scared shitless about it.

Like infrared said, there's a slim chance. Of course, like he also said, if they need to give her a hysterectomy, than it won't matter much.

First off, slap your friend upside the head and tell him he shouldn't have done it if he was going to get so goddamn paranoid. Then tell him, yes, the odds of her becoming pregnant are extremely small. It's one of those bridges you cross when you get there.

As long as pre-cancerous cells are found early enough, cervical cancer doesn't equal hystorectomy for young girls.

If your friend is soooo paranoid, why doesn't he take her to a clinic and be like hey what's up is she preggers. Or even get her to have her OB/GYN check it (i assume she will be visiting her soon). It is such a tiny chance, but if it's that big of a deal, a test will relieve some stress.

**Update**

I talked to him today. He said him and his girl talked it over and she called her Ob/Gyn at home and he told her the chance of her getting pregnant was about 1% due to the nature of contact. But hes going to give her the morning after pill Monday morning just to be extra safe. My friend guarenteed me today this is a one-time deal that will never be repeated.
