I need help on this, So there is this one girl that I met last year. We talked a lot and she liked me. I didn't really like her until after she told me she liked me. I started to really like her. So I asked her out and she said she didnt like me in that way anymore. We still stayed friends and lost touch during the summer.

Just recently we started talking again. I started to like her all over again. Now I was gonna ask her out again but then I would probley seem wierd because she already said no last year. Well, she didnt really say no she just said some shit like its not offical so thats still basicly a no.

I really like this girl. I'm not sure if she likes me now. She is always flirting with me, asking for hugs and shit. But then when I call her she is always busy on the other line and says she will talk to me another day. I know her on a friendly level already, she hangs out with me. We share lunch sometimes, but I don't know what I could do. I feel sort of dumb to ask her out for a second time, what would she think about that? Someone help me.

haha thats funny. You didnt like her the first time, until after she told you that she liked you. Now that you like her again, you dont think she likes you. Weird. But yeah you could just hint about her liking you the first time and see what her reaction is to that now, or just outright ask her if she does.
