Think it's a smart move to be in a relationship with your prom date months before the prom itself? Just curious what others think. I think it's a bad idea, because if you break up then there's the whole awkward thing when going together. And if you both decide not to go with each other, then you have that last minute scramble of searching through your second line-up of choices. Meh.....

Yeah, high school relationships are (usually) not the most solid ones you can have. But if you feel as if you's are both mature enough to go to the prom and not let petty problems ruin it, than all the power to you. It would probably make it sooooo much better.

Me personally, when I was back in high school I didn't go with my girl... Not for the maturity reasons it just didn't work out that way.

just dont go, get some pot or something and go sit on a hill and just hang out, Thats the best thing to do. Sit on a hill and get stoned and just talk , have sex, or roll down it.
