I have a problem. There are red, sore, pimples near my dick. They are located in the region above my dick. When i try and squeeze them nothing comes out, except for the middle one where a little puss comes out. I have never had sex b4 sooo....what are they? How do i get rid of them? I use the regular pimple treatment but that has not seemed to be working. Also, more are coming in. Im gonna fuck my gf next week and need to know whats up and how to get rid of them.

S'prolly right. Have you been shaving? Could just be razor bumps. No worries. But if it turns nasty, I wouldn't recommend putting it to your girl for the first time with an infested diddlee. It will most likely put a damper on the evening.
