I like both, though curly hair only looks good on some girls. I had a girlfriend that had naturally curly hair (no afro curly) and she looked way sexier than if she had straightened it. Short hair is alright on some girls, others it's just nasty.

I like wavy hair, or hair that's just slighty curled. Length...I prefer shoulder height on just about anyone, though some girls can pull off short hair.

if its curly it needs to be red

if its straight it has to be black, brown or another colour.

I'll tell you the thing about curly hair: it's a pain in the ass to deal with. Most girls who have curly hair have to use some form of product to keep their hair from frizzing up. These products make it harder for a guy to run his finger through her hair. Even if she doesn't need a product, fingers through it ruins the curls. Girls like having fingers run through their hair, it feels great. Curly hair sucks to have.

I think my hair looks nice curly and everything, but I hate the fact that I, or anyone else for that matter, cant touch it. This leads to me straightening my hair most of the time.

And on the topic of the question...It depends on how the girl does her hair. If she has curly hair that has a buncha gunk in it, is flattened on the top, not done well, or not cared for, it is going to look terrible. No matter who it is, it just looks like gunk. Having said that, nice curly hair is georgeous, and straight hair is always georgeous.
