hi, i am 16 and my penis is about 5"7, i do not have many pubic hairs just a few wispy ones around my penis, i have been gettin a few offers for sex but i am paranoid thagt i have a small cock etc... is it normal?

You're just too young. You seem to be a little undeveloped for that age (I might be wrong) but I wouldn't worry. It should come fairly quick (at least the hair). The lenght of the penis vary from a person to another. Average is between 5.5'' to 6''.
