Me and my girlfriend broke up yesterday as some of you will no(if not find the thread)

And i felt ok when it happened and i felt ok this morning when i woke up now as the day is going on ime starting to feel more and more depressed shes stuck in my head,what can i do to get her off my mind?

Is there anything i can do to forget?
