I love cos play, I was thinking about making an outfit for this girl at school, I dont know her well but we talk and stuff. Shes really cool. I was wondering how might I go about asking her if I can make a costume. Its for a project in designing with materials. We have to make wearable art.

I thought of a cos play out fit cause they are just so cool and bright.

Any sugestions? Is anyone here in to cos play?

Cos Play is costume play, or dressing up like fantasy characters, such as a comic book character, or a character from a book. Also well known as anime cosplay, where people dress up like their favorite character.

If you do it... make sure the costume fits the person, fits in their looks, and fits with their body size, and with their sex for the most part (seriously, you dont a 400 pound guy in a sailor mars outfit, true story).

Cosplay is great (it's the absurdly fat girls crammed into sailor moon outfits that make the whole idea a rediculous joke) but shouldn't this be in anime? I'm sure it would get a much better response there.
