My friend today said someone in our class has been raped 4 times. He wouldn't tell me who so is there a way to tell me how someone acts if they have been raped. I think it might be this very quiet girl.

That would be a good indication, or other "abnormal" behavior, such as loss of confidence, dressing differently or suicidal tendecies in more extreme cases.

What would be the reason for wanting to know? It's things like that, that are usually kept secret except for a few people.

Not every girl reacts the same to rape. But, for the most part, look for a girl who is less comfortable around guys. A lot of girls who get jumped get scared when someone surprises them or grabs them.

Rape isn't a spectator sport... evaluate your reasons for wanting to get "in the know" and you might eventually downgrade yourself from curious bystander to someone who cares.
