how do trannies work? like ones that were girl first, males first, etc. etc. and like... are there a penis and a vagina? how does all that work? and can the penis ejaculate if it wasn't originally attatched? like say there's a penis on a woman, is there also a vagina and can the newly attatched penis cum? someone explain all the different cases please, i don't exactly think googling "transexuals" would work.

Trannies just have screwed up surguries to may the externals look like the opposite sex. There aren't really any special cases. Herpmaphrodites have both reproductive organs; usually impotent and barren.

Okay....transexuals

Male to female: The actual process begins with massive amounts of estrogen which will enlarge the breasts, soften the skin, shape the face to a more female shape, allow weight to be gained in "female" type areas, and shrink the testes and penis. Then, after months of estrogen, ettiquette and voice lessons and counseling, the actual surgery occurs. The penis and scrotum are removed. (New surgical advances have allowed for saving the penile nerve bundles to form actual stimulatable clitorus/g-spots for m2f's). A vagina is formed (I dont know how this works, but apparently they feel real...modern science is to say the least interesting eh?). Urethral relocation occurs. Because the testes are removed, sperm is no longer produced, and there is typically not any female ejaculation going on. The used to be man is now a seemingly normal female, bar the fact that she can not have children.

The female to male process is pretty much the same yet in reverse. Testosterone lowers the voice, allows for facial hair growth and rougher skin, makes breasts smaller. Breast Reduction surgery is usually still needed though. Then during the surgery, the uterus is removed, and the was a vagina hole is now closed up. I dont know the exact process of this, but I am guessing that the walls are abraided and then sutured, so they will grow together. Extra skin from around the vulva (the labia etc.) is used to form a scrotum in which silicone ball shaped implants are placed. More skin is used to create an area for a penis shaped implant. Again the clitoral nerve bundle is saved to make the new formed penis sensitive. I dont know about absolutely modern stuff on this, but i know that it used to be that the formed penis typically had to be pumped to achieve an "erection". Because the girl does not have a prostate or real testes, the new penis can not ejaculate.

In neither case do the sex organs of the former gender remain.

Hermaphrodites do not necessarily have both reproductive organs. Some have none (what a terrible terrible shame). In most cases, the parents and doctors just pick a sex and shape the genitalia as a child. As of right now, hermaphrodite children are not given special hormones, and tend to end up emotionally damaged because a chosen boy will have girl like feelings, and a chosen girl will be very tom boy like. They have outer genitalia portaying what they think they are, yet tend to be very inwardly confused.
