I'm uncircumsiced aswell. It is normal for the glans to be really sensitive for a while, but just try wanking by only pulling the skin up and down at the base of the glans. And try running water over it for a while. It'll be unbearable for a while, but you'll get used to it man. I did.

And as for pulling back the skin when putting on a condom: You can but don't have to. It will only skightly enhance the feeling.
