to clean it, but im circumcised so i dont worry about it. I have the samee thing its fucking normal, unless you penis is curved to the left or right, up and down is fine. It's just the same as being tongue tied. Every body has a frenulum, but some peoples are too long, and prevent them from proper speech/ other tongue in motion activities. It is normal to have it, but if it is preventing good hygene or makes for painful sex/masturbation, go to the doctor. They can remove it easily.
