ok me and 3 of my friends are hanging at j's house on sat and his moms away. well j decided to get his lady friend up so they could get drunk and he invited me up so i asked if i could bring a lady friend (i dont want to be lonely). I asked this girl to come up with me who relly likes me and she sed yes. dose she want me?

she probably at least have interest in you. just see how it goes like how you get along and such, i'm sure you'll be able to sense the vibes of she is interested (always paying attention to you ...etc.) it's not only does she want you do you like her? or do you just want to take advantage of the fact that she likes you and fuck her while she's drunk? <--- makes you an asshole btw.

Kind of hard to say with the infomation you gave, just because she went to kick it with you and some friends doesnt mean she wants you. She could just think your cool to hang out with and stuff.

But it could always be the other way. Go for it, the worst thing that could happen is she will say no. But remember, no means no. I know some people that learned that the hard way.

Because no-one realises how shit it really is. You fail to give enough information for real answers be given/conclusions to be drawn. Futhermore you would almost undoubtly be the person most likely to know and if I am not mistaken you state "She realy likes me", then go on to say "Does she want me", Maybe not a contradiction but hardly justifying your point.
