there's a guy that likes talking to me and thinks he knows me and wants to hang out, we've only met twice and talked a couple times online. i don't like people presuming they understand me after so little contact and from reading my online diary (yes i admit it is sad that i have one but i'm too lazy to write stuff out by hand) so then i try to maybe show, that i'm crazy by telling him drug experiences and what not. he goes on acting like he has the right to tell me what's right/wrong from his experience. advice on my life, i only trust from true friends, not random ass people.

oh and i should mention the stalkerish behavior: first time IMing me on an annonymous s/n talking about me being pretty (somehow managed to get a link to my online pic gallery) how he got my s/n, who the hell knows. then proceeding to talk to me like he likes me when he doesn't even know me (and this is while i had a bf too). comments on appearance & writing ... then basically acting like we "click" and can be good friends (absolute bullshit) and i also found out he actually downloaded the pics of me & exbf that were up on the web (wtf??) and somehow has my house & cell number.

has tried to call to see if i wanted to "talk". (didn't answer the phone)

and uses what i write against me (blackmailing = evil).

ok so i've blocked his s/n and he went on another one asking why and wanting an explanation.

not sure what i'm expecting from this, guess wanna see what y'all think and what else i could do to basically say "leave me the fuck alone" if he ever tries talking again.

oh and he lives like a block away from me which really worries me.

Do you think this is all coincidence/luck on his part? Or is someone(s) playing a joke or a payback on you? Even paranoids have enemies

or practicle-joking buds.

Let this be a lesson to you; rather than try to ward him off by telling him about drug trips or avoiding him, be honest and tell him you're not interested. The longer you put it off, the more attached he can become. And that way if it continues, you can involve local authorities and get it resolved quickly.

We'd like to think we're entitled to respect and privacy when we publicize our lives on the internet, but unfortunately we can't count on everyone to play by the rules. He's just doing what he feels entitled to do.

You can be straight up, as Skippy suggested, or you can completely ignore him. You're not obligated to respond just because he thinks he knows something about you. If you choose the "Straight up" route, you might mention that nothing he says is news to you; your life is on the internet and lots of people say exactly what he says, big deal. Then ignore him.
