Orgasms in general are quite a soporific, perhaps more so if self-induced since there's no one around to keep you awake. I don't think the actual "labor" of masturation is tiring on its own, though.

i also do not think the actual act makes you tired...sometimes maybe your hand when you cannot get off and it takes awhile, but i think that it is more of an enjoyed relaxed state it puts you in, that might cause sleep soon after.

seems to be all that happens when i try nowadays ... spend forever doin it and still can't get myself off then end up falling asleep ... god dammit.
