Ok, not really sure where to post this but since it has to do with my sis's b/f I figured this is as good a place as any...

My sister is now going to a college that is about 2 hours away from our house. While there she found a guy that she just fell head over heels for (I dun like the guy, he's a dick, he talks like a dick, acts like a dick, smells like a dick, has a stupid haircut that makes him look like a dick). Anyways she talks to me about a lot of her personal stuff, my dad is usually out of town on business, and neither of us like our mom. Last month she told me how she plans on moving in with her boyfriend. I knew right there it wasn't a good idea and tried to talk her out of it. You see our mom doesn't much care for this guy either, and although our dad makes all the cash, our mom wears the pants. Right now our parents are paying for all of her college, and with her career choice, she has another 3 years to go. Last weekend she told our mom about what she planned on doing, and I was right. Our mom through a fit, and told her that she wasn't going to pay for her college anymore. So what does my sister say? Fine she is moving in with him next year, and quitting college. Right now I am completely dumbfounded and can't think of a single thing to say to her to change her mind. She is throwing out her life to live with some guy (how has some major issues) that she meet not even a year ago. Let me explain by major issues. The guy got his by a drunk driver a couple of years ago, and got some minor physical problems with some severe brain damage. Not the apparent retard brain damage, but he can no longer do anything above simple math (such as adding/subtracting or multiplying single digit numbers), he is very aggresive (not towards my sis but toward other guys), and is now epliptic (sp?). By physical damage, he has a scar across his forehead, his nose is messed up, and he can't do much physical labor. I can't figure out why she is being so stubborn about it. She has already told me that she spends much of her time in his dorm. She won't listen when I tell her just live in the dorm next year, and stay at his apartment a lot. Anyone know of anything I can say to her so she won't wreck her life on this guy that she barely knows?

Nope, nuthin you can do really. Just love your sister and accept her no matter what. Let her live her life. If she is making a mistake then she'll find that out later, but trying to change her mind for her will only destroy your family.

Oh, and by the way, fuck your cunt of a mother. Your sister will have even less of a chance of survival with this guy (if he is a bad choice, you never know) if she doesn't have her education. Way to go mom. Parents who can easily afford to put their kids through school, and decide not to because of something lame like "you don't love who I think you should love!" ...yeah... they're fucking cunts.

Thank god someone that finally agrees with me on this point. Most people think I'm just being a whiney little ass when i talk shit about my mom because we have money, and she puts on a nice act in front of other people. She is always doing shit like this too, makes me feel like I am in 2nd grade not 12th...

Thanks for the advice too. I was worried that's what the answer was going to be, but now I might as well accept it. I hate to see her do this, but it's better then not seeing her ever again...
