I dont know if girls really like guys who like chick flicks, but I like them, I admit it, they have endearing stories sometimes that tug at my heart, like "Take Care of My Cat" or "The Truth about Cats and Dogs" "Two Weeks Notice" and " Love and Sex" that was a great movie.

Cheese sandwich me.

I cant keep myself away from Sandra Bullock movies, especially her romantic comedies.

But the only movie to make me cry was Contact, and Kite.

Bushy, I hope you have seen About a boy. I thought it was going to be a cheesy movie, but it's one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time. It had me in stitches the entire time. I adore it!

The rest of you boys whose girls want to watch chick flicks, you should definatly check out the truth about cats and dogs and about a boy. I dont know if its out on video yet, but Intolerable Cruelty got the yays with the chicks and it was hilarious.

I like a guy who watches the same movies as me...Typically I am not to into the so called chick flick genre versus others, but if i want to watch it and there is a guy who wants to watch it too, that is cool as anything.

I'll sit and watch one with a girl but there's a huge chance that I'll fall asleep within the first half hour!

Unless it's dirty dancing...Then it's five minutes.

I never did see anything past the five minute mark...But tehn again, Patrick Swayze is in it so I am guessing I didn't miss much!

I am an action, adventure, horror or comedy type of guy...Anything with an underlying romantic meaning will be avoided if possible!

Aprt from what women want...That flick was hilarious!

Thankfully, the movie industry seems to be swinging in the direction of "chick flicks for everyone". Instead of creating bits and pieces the guys will see in the trailer so they give the movie a chance, they're actually making movies that will have some appeal to everyone.

Of course, it's about the only thing they're doing right..

I hate chick flicks with a passion. They make me want to destroy things, moreso that usual. That's no good for anyone. And I cannot stand chicks who are all like "oh, I feel like feeling sorry for myself, I think I'll rent a movie to make me feel bad about myself since my life is so good." Shut the fuck up, right now.
