Ok check this out.

There’s this girl at school that I’ve been keeping an eye out for a couple months (since December or January). I really didn’t notice her at first until I caught her looking at me a couple times. I don’t think she was checkin me out just some eye contact I guess you can say.

Well lately, sometimes ill be eating in the cafeteria and I’ll be noticing she’ll look at me for a couple seconds and then turn her head or her eyes will go somewhere else after I catch her looking at me. At times when im sitting in the computer room, she’ll sometimes sit a couple computers away from me, say like 2 or 3 computers to my left, and I try to catch her looking with the corner of my eye and I have a couple times.

It’s really weird because, I talk to a lot of people and she talks to a lot of people, but like when where both close to each other, its like we freeze. Its kinda of an awkward moment.

So now whenever we look at each other, we just stare for like 4 or 5 secs then she stops looking or I stop looking, and sometimes she’ll catch me looking or I’ll catch her looking. Its just really weird. Someone mention about “needless glances” and ive also notice that.

I know of her but I don’t know her personally, but what somebody said on a previous reply, that if you don’t know the person and say you walk by each other its just a quick stare but it kinda means something.

So, by all means, most of you probably think that she has a crush on me. I kinda think so also myself I just need to confirm it.

I think it would be kinda weird to just start talking to her after all these weird incidents that’s happened in the past few months. It would probably be awkward for both of us since we both might have the same feelings for each other.

I need to think of something that will break the ice and I can start talking to her or maybe she can start talking to me.

Sorry this was so long, but I tried to explain specifically on all the details.

dude i know what you mean. theres some girl i always make eye contact with, and she always stares at me and id like to talk to her, but you cant just start talking, its really awkward, but if you have any good ideas post them for me please

Oh i hate that feeling, i can see people looking at me in the corner of my eyes and then i look over and they look away it freaks me out.

ask them if they like dinosaurs. im not even kidding. its a legit question, but its so odd thatd theyd have to laugh. and then work the magic.

Eye contact is seems really personal to some people well most people. It can turn into a weird situation if you make eye contact to long because then you start to stare. It gets uncomfortable.

haha, i know what you mean. its weird for me when you see someone and look over to see who they are, and it turns out to be some ugly girl... you dont want to look away because then it looks like you like her and are shy, and you dont want to keep looking because it looks like you're making eyes at her...

well, i suppose staring at her eyes is better than staring 18 inches lower....

eye contact turns a weird situation to just plain freaky. Its kinda fun cause it dosnet bother me much, so ill stare away and then they get the creeps.

just try to get over the shyness and talk to her. im pretty sure that girls dont like it when guys are shy. just walk up to her and ask her what her name is and take it from there. try to find out who her friends are, and if you have a class with one of them, maybe ask about her. i didn't read all of your post, only about the first 7 lines. good luck!
