Sure, it's possible but not probable. Females experiencing pregnancy for the first time usually know for sure "something's wrong" because there are so many physical symptoms. Is she experiencing the following: extreme fatigue, food aversions (especially to favorites), nausea, headaches, vomiting (any time of the day), dizziness. These usually manifest themselves in the 3rd-4th week of pregnancy.

Just to state the obvious, no one here can tell for sure what's going on. Only a test can do that.
