yea but when your erect completely and not even a lil semi then you can piss otherwise its not possible coz something prevents your urine from out of the urethra or something. Im not too sure but its something like that.

From my experience, if your boner is a non-sexual boner (IE morning wood) then you can. If it comes from looking at porn, being really turned on or whatever, you can't. BUt I did one time, and it really hurt, and when I pee'd later the next day it hurt again.

there is a vave that stops you from peeing when fully erect, however in rare cases people dont have this and can pee. watch out for girls though, they can pee when turned on, also they are liable to release their bladder when they orgasm, so if you dont like golden showers watch out.

the two things i know that have anything to do with this are that you shouldnt wack off in the morning with the boner you get when you wake up. Im not sure why.
