I think it should be mandatory for everyone to get some butt at least once a year. The gov't should come up with a program that sends some butt over 2 your house on the first of every year. Hella yea that would be awesome because after butt everything in the world just seems right.

For the refined gentleman, the proper term is "booty". It sounds a good deal better to suggest we should all receive government-sponsored booty once or twice a year.

The constitution dosn't give the government the power to send butt to your house for free.

In a free market economy ass would be sent for a small fee(kept small from compitition) by private companies.
