You should be an adult with the parents. If you are mature enough to have sex, you're mature enough to do this. You have to sit down and say "Mr. and Mrs. whatever, I am sorry about my relationship with your daughter. We both care for each other, and we both felt that intercourse was a reasonable idea." blah, blah. They are going to yell at you unless they are really cool. Don't fight back. When they say "you corrupted my daughter", you crying "she wanted it too etc. etc." Is just going to make it worse.

If her parents are really liberal, maybe they will have a sex talk with you instead. If they dont mind that you continue the relationship, then they are going ot want to talk protection.

to all the people who are talking about years in prison you really have no idea what you're talking about. In the States as long as you're both under 18 and within three years of each other's age, which you are, what he did is a misdemeanor, not a felony. Therefore, no chance of getting years in prison, plus he's a kid and it's probably his first and only offense and it was consentual, so fat chance of a court convicting him of anything, or gettin gmore than a slap on the wrist at the most.

If one was an adult and one a minor, it still may only be a misdemeanor if the age is within three years, in which case they'd get a medium to large fine and a small jail time or possible community service.
