I dont know, I have never heard of this before, but my gf said all comdoms have tiny little holes in them u cant see that some of the sperm can get through..Is that true? I didn't beleive her.

To my understanding there are microscopic holes in the latex of a condom.....to where viruses such as aids may go through......but as for semen.......no.....not at all........

Yes they have little holes. If they didnt then they would be 100% effective. think about it if it rips then its your fault, but unless you rip it its hard to mis use. there are little holes and im sure some little tiny ones can get throught but i wouldnt be worried about then because its hard to get a girl pregnant with out one ( its a lot easier but its still pretty hard) and plus the vagina trys to kill them and make them tired before they get there, so they will die. I wouldnt worry.

Well, you mean after ejaculation or before? Afterwards I can understand, becuase that's what the package says to do. But before is a bit strange. Condoms are about 95% effective. Maybe the teacher was just telling ehr about the 5%.

There are microscopic holes in condoms due to the nature of their construction, but it's absurd to think they're big enough for sperm to fit through. They're designed to STOP sperm from escaping.

What they're not necessarily 100% at stopping are some STDs. There are certain virii, which ones I don't know, which are smaller than sperm and are capable of sneaking through those little holes. Such occurances aren't common, but it's an extra reason to try and be sure your partners are clean.

Latex or rubber does tend to have small porous holes in it(hence why a helium balloon deflates and sinks, the helium diffuses out of these tiny holes in the rubber). Latex condoms are effective at keeping sperm, bacteria, and most viruses from passing through. Those other kind of condoms, the name excapes me althoguh I think it was like sheepskin, have larger holes and while still effective at keeping sperm from passing through they're not good at preventing HIV and other viruses from passing through.

plastic is never a real solid material.If you look under a microscope at a condom or other plastics,you will notice really small ass holes in it.

Why do you think heluim boloons get smaller? because the holes on it let the heluim out. Same goes with condoms and some STD's.
