Is it weird for a girl to kiss a guys neck? I kiss my gf's neck a lot and she loves it. but in totse i've seen a lot of posts about how guys like being kissed on the neck. So is this weird? or perfectly normal...? and does it feel good/get you "excited"?

If you're a perfectly healthy heterosexual, having a female touch ANY part of your body should be sufficient enough to get you 'excited.'

I know guys who walk around with 5-10 hickeys on their necks...heck man they show em off, one even made me jealous that I wasn't the one who gave em to him. A woman's neck is a hot-spot (I think it's called an erogenous zone). Men don't have a hot-spot on the neck. But like TheRabbi said, any touch from a desired woman will make a man "excited".
