here's some weak advice coming from a tried and true cynic: work with girls more, in class, tried to get paired up with them (not just the hotties, but even the "normal" ones), talk to them more on a non-romantic level. If you don't have a part time job, see if you can get one, because working with them means they HAVE to talk to you most times in the course of work. Don't expect to just walk up to them and ask for a date, they need to know you're not a 12 headed gargoyle inside the outer skin.

1. Find a girl you like

2. Send her flowers with a card with your # on it.

3. if she does not call within 3 days, find out her #

4. call her

5. ask her why she did not call you

6. if she rejects you, ask her why

7. find out her home address, or where she works

8. show up at her work. ask her out again

9. if she keeps rejecting you, don't give up. Girls like to know that a man is persistant.
