Some minutes ago I was talking to an online friend from another State (I live in NSW she lives in QLD) and she was telling me about how she has become a lesbian since all the guys shes been with treated her like shit etc. Anyway, we talked for like 2 minutes and I asked her how serious she was about it, then I closed the window, since she wasn't replying. Then my girlfriend walks into the room and the girl online says "fingering". My girlfriend thought that something was going on, which is understandable, and she got really upset. I offered to stay in the same room as her until she would come with me to ask the girl what happened (so she'd know I didn't TELL her to say something different), but she just told me to go away and got really upset.

What the hell can I do? I love my girlfriend more than life itself, and I didn't think I was doing anything wrong, just asking my online friend about her life. It was just wrong thing said at the wrong time.

p.s. Me and my girlfriend have been together a year and are living together.
