I dont see why not, if she is a dirty bitch that wont help.

this is just in theory BTW, if you knew any thing you would know that keeping clean doesnt always prevent them...

I know of pimples on the arse lol (coz i have had one or two)but i have never heard of that.

Not a pimple, in the traditional sense. Pimples are confined (exclusively, I think) to those areas of skin which are normally dry and have hair (i.e. the vast majority of your body). You can't get pimples on your palms, soles, or mucous membranes (e.g. inside of the eyelid, the red part of your lips, or any kind of skin which is hairless and normally moist) -- and that includes the area around the clitoris.

If it was a localized skin infection there, it would have to be caused by disease or by injury. Lots of STDs cause things which look like pimples but aren't (herpes, HPV/genital warts, syphilis, etc.).

Get her to see her regular physician or an Ob/Gyn.

we saw some scary pictures of genital warts and shit in health, i almost threw up, and i dont have a week stomach
