Ok this is really fucking embarrassing. I'm 16 and have this scar running down my penis from my scrotum to the tip of my foreskin. I don't remember tearing the skin there and a don't think I done it when I was a baby. Then I have all these white bumps all over the base of my penis. Most of them are on my scrotum and are usually at the bottom of the hairs. Does anybody else have this problem or know what I can do? I hate going to the doctors because they'll make me flop my dick out, and I don't flop my dick out to other males.

havnt a clue, if your seriously concerned go to the doctor, whats worse a little embarassment or a life time of potential problems

The scar isent a scar i have a simular thing, as for the little bumps i have heard of people having bumps on the head of there penis but not sure about the base i say get it checked its probobly nothing but better safe that sorry.

I'd get the bumps checked out. Trust me, a little embaressment is nothing compared to what could happen in the future. What if the bumbs are some weird disease and your dick falls off? Then lets talk about embaressment.

And I only used that as an example. If there is a disease that does that I have not heard of it.

if it's a straight line running down the midline of the base of the penis, it's not a scar it's part of your normal anatomy, especially if you get erections that point the right way up then you're worried about nothing

and the bumps are also just what glands tend to do, nothing to worry about.

The thing is, and i'm speaking generally here just to get something off my back, you could have a penis that points downwards, filled with bumps and purple colored, and as long as YOU have made peace with it, and can be comfortable with it, then any girl you show it to, unless she is widely and i mean widely experienced, won't be able to say it's strange.

she will take her cues from your confidence, and if your confidence can pull it off, then you can pull anything off.

That "scar" isn't a scar...It's your seam man.

As for the bumps, they are hair follicles.

Nothing to worry about and nothing to castrate yourself for.

Normal & normal. Pull back your foreskin and observe that the little line actually starts on the underside of the glans where the skin comes to a little 'V' shape naturally. No problems there.

OT: The little white bumps are, for reasons biology can't explain, undeveloped hair follicles. They can get ingrown from time to time, and can develop localized infections like any other part of the body with hair follicles. You'd probably mistake them for pimples. Squeeze 'em and they go away, but by and large they seem to persist as little, smooth, raised bumps.

Now, as ridiculous as this may sound, the only possible function these little bumps could serve is as a pleasure enhancer. Like ribbed or studded condoms, see? In my opinion, since they're on the underside, it seems to me that ancient man did a lot of his screwing in the ol' doggystyle position, so they could slide past the clitoris.

Well, all the wisdom on the subject has been said so I'll just suggest you get over your attitude toward medical professionals. They see a lot of dicks and couldn't care less about yours, except from a medical point of view.

Anyway thanks for the help guys, I think I will see a doctor even if the bumps and scar are normal.

Doesn't sound like a problem, the scar sounds like it could have happened by a little scrap as a baby, and the bumps are there on most every guy that responded to the last post asking about them here bumps.

bumps could be a form of genital warts....lots of people get them ...see a doctor,it ain't serious but needs to be looked at by someone who knows

Ya i have a big scar type thing down the middle of my dick. its not straight though its like a centimeter in width and it kinda zigzagy. But im pretty sure that its my birth mark.

if your not a virgin you should see your doctor the white bumps sound like H.P.V Genital Warts
