I've only ever had my dick sucked by women, and to my detriment they've all had small jaws.

But I'd have to say, on a theoretical basis, that guys would probably be better at it since they would intuitively know about what would feel good. The flipside, of course, is that to enjoy it, you'd have to be turned on by guys as well.
