If i am just talking to a girl becouse i want to fuck her we usally dont have alot in common so its hard to keep the conversatino flowing so does anyone have any tips on what to talk about so i can run my patter when the time is write.

Talk about her! Girls like to talk about themselves. Find out what she likes. If she likes sports, talk sports. If she likes music, talk music. Invent common intersts. Or just talk about your day. Or be funny. All girls like funny guys, and you can tell funny stories (jokes get old) all day.

I've always wondered if talking gay would work....I have an effeminate friend who the ladies swoon over... to get a girl into bed. You should try, what is there to loose. Talk to her about her nailpolish or her lipstick or something. But that's not advice, its just my curiosity.
